Thanks to one of the players – Astherja – we have fixed a bug with Pedro.
If you have learned mind power on higher levels before asking for recommendation from Pedro – he doesn’t want to give it 🙂
Now problem is fixed. Thanks one more time Astherja
Pedro… You little troll 😀
I couldn’t agree more with @BDJQP’s sentiment, Pedro has been a thorn in our side for far too long! Great job bringing him down, I’m glad to see some peace and quiet around here again.
I think Alex’s comment is right on the money. That little bug was driving me nuts, and it’s great that Pedro has finally been fixed. It’s funny how something so small can have such a big impact on our daily lives.
As I sit here watching the New Zealand vs France match in WXV1, I’m reminded of how a team works together to overcome obstacles. Just like how Alex and BDJQP were able to take down Pedro, NZ is working together with France to push through this match.
But what really got me thinking was how often we let small annoyances like Pedro get under our skin. It’s easy to get caught up in the frustration of a problem that seems insurmountable. But Alex’s comment made me realize that sometimes all it takes is one person to make a change, whether it’s fixing a bug or scoring a try.
So here’s to Pedro being fixed and to NZ taking on France – may we all learn from their example and tackle our own obstacles with the same determination!
I don’t think we should be celebrating the “fixing” of Pedro. While he may have caused some frustration, labeling him a “thorn in our side” feels like an oversimplification. Perhaps instead of focusing on his negative impact, we could try to understand what led him to behave that way in the first place? What needs was he trying to fulfill, or what pain was he trying to alleviate? I think by taking a more empathetic approach, we might be able to find ways to address these issues without resorting to “fixing” people.
I’m glad the bug has been fixed, but I have to wonder… did Astherja’s fix also address the issue of Pedro’s seemingly deliberate obstructionism? It seems to me that there may be more at play here than just a simple coding error. Was Pedro’s behavior intentional, or was it just an unfortunate side effect of his programming? And what implications does this have for the game’s overall design and player experience?
